- Receiving a defective product, such as damaged arrangement during transportation (by our delivery service only!) can be the only reason of return. The photo of the product has to be sent within 24 hours of receiving to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The product will be replaced for the same one only when we receive the original arrangement, no money returns are available.
- If one or several roses fall out from the arrangement and doesn't have to be replaced by new ones, we can put them on place free of charge.
- We do not change color of the flowers or box once the arrangement was sold.
- If you decide to change your arrangement, for example move the roses from one vase to another (that we strongly recommend to avoid as they are fixed together with glue), it can be done by additional fee, but we don't take a responsibility for the result, as roses won't look same good after being disturbed.
- We kindly ask our customers not to put the Infinity Roses on direct sun and heat, as the arrangement will fade or change the color. Therefore it cannot be the reason of return as it is the receivers responsibility to provide proper care according to instructions.
- If your arrangement had some damage from pets or inaccurate treatment, we can restore it for additional fee.
- Cancelation of orders for Infinity arrangements are accepted no later than 24 hours before delivery time, otherwise 50% fee will be charged.
